What categories of data are processed

Why processing is needed
Data is used for authentication, payment, service execution, result delivery, follow-up consultation and the technical audit required to operate the platform safely.
Where data may be stored
Data may be stored in the platform operational systems and related services needed for order execution, file storage, notifications and security logs.
Provider categories
- Infrastructure and storage providers for backend, database, files, backups and security logs.
- Email, Telegram, MAX or other notification channels for service notices and, where consent exists, marketing messages.
- Payment providers for payments, refunds, receipts, reconciliation and claims handling.
- Yandex Metrica and advertising services for analytics, conversion goals, retargeting and advertising hypothesis review within consent and platform rules.
Consents and withdrawal
Personal data, file processing, marketing email and analytics cookie consents are recorded separately for the relevant scenario. Optional consent can be withdrawn through the interface, unsubscribe link or info@cento.market; already performed contractual, payment and mandatory accounting operations remain subject to legal retention periods.
How to request correction or deletion
If you need to correct data, limit access or request deletion, use the support path inside the platform. Each request is reviewed with attention to account state, order state and mandatory retention obligations.
