What data is involved
- Account contact data and access settings.
- Order, payment and result status data.
- Documents, files and answers provided by the user within an order.
How access is restricted
Private data and results are limited to the authenticated cabinet and to operational roles that need access to execute and support the purchased service.
Cookies, Yandex Metrica and analytics
- Essential cookies are used for authentication, security, language selection and cabinet operation.
- Analytics cookies and Yandex Metrica events are used only where the user has provided the relevant consent.
- Analytics consent can be withdrawn through browser settings, the cookie banner or a personal data request.
- Analytics data is used to improve pages, order funnels, advertising hypotheses and technical quality, not to make automated legally significant decisions.
Email marketing and notifications
- Transactional emails related to sign-in, orders, payments and service status are sent to perform the platform contract.
- Marketing emails are sent only with separate advertising consent.
- Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the email link or by contacting info@cento.market.
- Withdrawing marketing consent does not block mandatory service notices for active orders.
External providers
The platform may use hosting, database, object storage, email, payment, analytics, advertising and notification providers. Only the data required for the specific function is transferred.
Retention boundaries
Retention depends on the entity type: account, order, result, notifications and audit all follow different timelines. Deletion requests do not imply an immediate instant wipe from every technical system at the same second.
How to submit a data request
If you need a review related to access, data or deletion, use the support path inside the platform. Some account scenarios also use a formal deletion flow.
