This page explains how to request access, correction, consent withdrawal, processing restriction or deletion of personal data in CENTO.

Available request types
- Request information about personal data processed by the platform.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate account or order data.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing, including marketing emails and analytics.
- Request deletion where there is no legal ground for continued retention.
- Ask us to restrict processing of disputed or outdated data while it is reviewed.
How to submit a request
- Email info@cento.market with the subject: Personal data request.
- Include the account email, request details and the data that should be reviewed.
- If the request relates to an order, include the order number or cabinet link.
- Do not attach extra documents unless they are needed to verify the request.
Review timeline
We log the request, verify its connection to the account and respond within a reasonable period. If additional identification or mandatory retention applies, we will explain it separately.
When deletion cannot be immediate
- There is an active order, payment, refund, dispute or claims correspondence.
- Data must be retained under accounting, tax, payment or other applicable legal requirements.
- Data is needed for platform security, incident review or abuse prevention.
