What counts as the service result
The service result is limited to the materials and actions explicitly described on the service page: the preliminary analysis, the PDF result, follow-up consultation or another stated outcome if it is listed there.
What the service does not replace
Platform materials do not automatically replace bespoke work outside the declared scenario of the purchased service and do not imply unlimited support for adjacent issues.
What remains on the user's side
- Check that the chosen service matches the task before payment.
- Submit complete and relevant input data.
- Make decisions about further actions outside the boundaries of the purchased scenario.
When a separate specialist is needed
If the task goes beyond the described scenario, requires urgent response, in-person representation or broader project work, a separate professional engagement is needed beyond the baseline platform service.
